Content generated by our AI features based on your inputs is considered Your Content. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs.
We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload data to the Service, including data from integrated third-party services.
We implement industry-standard security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely secure.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (GitHub, Jira, Slack). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWPILOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Houston, Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.
